3:05

Apparently, it's the new witching hour. For the past week, I have woken up at 3:05 on the button, for no discernible reason. I have gone to bed at different times. I have had my last meals of the day at different times. I have had different levels of physical activity throughout the days. No matter what the circumstances, I have woken up at 3:05. If this were a horror movie or a nightmare, the lights wouldn't work when I tried to switch them on. Thus far (knock on wood!), the lights have come on when, in my disoriented, frightened and annoyed haze, I flip the switch. Furthermore, no disembodied hand, claw, hoof, or evil appendage of your choice has grabbed my arm when I reach for the light switch. Again, knock on wood! I don't think my home was built on an ancient Indian burial ground, and since I'm the original resident, there's no way a previous tenant was murdered at precisely 3:05. I don't know what the deal is, but I'm not above admitting that I'm seriously creeped out by these quasi-paranormal shenanigans. If this escalates and I should happen to wake up dead or wind up looking like this, please tell my loved ones I said good-bye.

This has been happening to a friends sister, and he looked it up and it said she was being attacked by a maron. or an incubus. It is where the demon "R*pes the victim" I'm sorry to hear about this but I hope you get better.
P.S. I'm not sure if this is true, so i suggest looking it up :)

I would wake up at 4:15 every morning for a while, then I realized that I was always just waking up after hearing the 4:00 train pass in the night. By 4:15, the sound was long gone, but my reaction was delayed and I'd wake up anyways. Perhaps your 3:05 is something similar, such as a noisy delivery truck. I beat mine by setting my alarm to 4 one night and waiting till the train went by. When my brain consciously understood that the noise was only the train, it stopped waking me up at awful hours. Good luck with your insomnia, lack of sleep is a real drain on waking life.

I had a similar experience by being awaken at three o'clock AM, give or take a few minutes. It really puzzled me until I realized the next door neighbor was being picked up by a fellow worker and shared a ride to work. I don't know where he works but he keeps strange hours.
Now to figure out why my door bell is rung early in the morning at various hours.
